Marc Rosen |
Dr. Marc Rosen, H-Index 115, is a Professor of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering at Ontario Tech University, Canada, where he served as founding Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science. With over 70 research grants and contracts and 900 technical publications, including numerous books, He is an active researcher in sustainable energy, sustainability, and environmental impact. Dr. Rosen’s other areas of expertise include the following: exergy analysis, heat transfer, thermodynamics, integrated energy systems, modelling and simulation of energy systems, renewable energy, thermal energy storage etc. He has received numerous awards and honours, including an Award of Excellence in Research and Technology Development from the Ontario Ministry of Environment and Energy, the Engineering Institute of Canada’s Smith Medal for achievement in the development of Canada. |

Saman Halgamuge |
Saman Halgamuge, Fellow of IEEE, IET, AAIA, and NASSL is a Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering in the School of Electrical, Mechanical and Infrastructure Engineering. He is a distinguished lecturer/speaker/visitor appointed by: IEEE Computer Society (2024-26) and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (2019-21) and a member of IEEE Fellow selection panel (2024-25). He served as Director/Head, Research School of Engineering of the Australian National University (ANU) (2016-18), a member of Australian Research Council (ARC) College of Experts (2016-18), the founding Director of the PhD training centre Melbourne India Postgraduate Program (MIPP) of University of Melbourne and Associate Dean (2013-15) and Assistant Dean (2008-13) in International Engagement in Engineering and IT. |

Noor Izzri Abdul Wahab |
Dr. Noor Izzri Abdul Wahab is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and a member of the Advanced Lightning, Power, and Energy Research (ALPER) group. He obtained his PhD in Electrical, Electronic, and Systems Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2009), MSc in Electrical Power Engineering from UPM (2004), and BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from UMIST, UK (1998). He is a Chartered Engineer (UK), a Professional Engineer (Malaysia), and a Senior Member of IEEE, actively involved in the IEEE Power & Energy Society and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. His research focuses on power system stability, dynamics, control, power quality, and the application of artificial intelligence in power systems. Dr. Izzri has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers, achieving an H-index of 39 on Google Scholar with over 4500 citations. His work contributes significantly to the advancement of intelligent and resilient electrical power systems. |

Pavel Loskot |
Pavel Loskot joined Zhejiang University in January 2021 as an Associate Professor after being 14 years the Senior Lecturer at Swansea University in the UK, where his research was funded by the EPSRC, NERC and other major government institutions. In 1999 – 2001, he was a Research Scientist at the Centre for Wireless Communications, Oulu, Finland. In 2014/2015, he was on a sabbatical leave at CSRC, the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics, Beijing, China. He is the Senior Member of the IEEE, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, and the Recognized Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. His current research focuses on AI、mathematical and probabilistic modeling, and wireless communications etc. He was involved in organizing over 30 conferences including IEEE and ACM, and serves as the TPC member in over 100 conferences annually. |
